Manchester United Foundation

We are proud to have formed our partnership with Manchester United Foundation back in January 2014 and have seen year-on-year benefits and multiple opportunities for our students.

The Partner Schools programme has been established to work with our students and staff here in the Academy, as well as delivering sessions at our feeder primary schools.

The programme bases a full-time Hub Officer in our Academy who works in targeted areas to help build lasting relationships with our students and the local community. Our officer is Adele Howarth and her work focuses on raising student’s aspirations, leadership and confidence building, whilst her delivery in the primary schools involves leadership development, healthy eating sessions and basic exercise.
