Year 11 Careers Information Evening 2019

Our annual Careers Information Evening for Year 11 students and their parents/carers will take place on Thursday 19 September 2019 between 6pm-8:30pm

Each year we hold a Careers Information Evening for Year 11 students and their parents/carers.

The purpose of the whole evening will be to provide information on all the current post-16 routes and the sources of available guidance and support. Speakers, employers and apprenticeship providers have been invited to lead presentations/sessions about careers for post-16 education. There will be three workshops and it is strongly recommended that you attend ALL three. Each workshop will last 15 minutes.

There will be a number of stalls which include employers, apprenticeship providers, as well as local colleges who can offer a wide range of career choices for your child and also give you and your child the opportunity to speak to individuals representing these institutions. Lynne Loughnan who is our careers adviser will also be available on the night should you need to ask her any careers advice.

We look forward to seeing you at this important event and would be grateful if you could please complete the reply slip sent home to you and return it to Mrs Swindells no later than Friday 6 September 2019 confirming your attendance. Alternatively you can email:
