Access to a device at home for remote learning

Following updated Government guidance we require further information regarding your access to a device at home – this now includes devices such as a Playstation and/or an Xbox.

Please only complete the form if you DO NOT have access to any of the following devices and/or DO NOT have internet access. If you have more than one child attending our school you must complete a separate form for EACH of your children – please do not add multiple names to one form.

1. Computer, Laptop, Chromebook
2. Playstation and/or Xbox
3. iPad
4. Smart phone (e.g iPhone or an Android)

The deadline for responses is Wednesday 13 January 2021 at 3pm
