Breakfast Club Christmas Raffle

Breakfast Club Christmas Raffle

The Christmas spirit was in full swing this morning during our Breakfast Club as we held our very first Christmas Raffle!

Our Breakfast Club has enjoyed great success over the previous months with numbers of students attending on the rise each week. To celebrate the popularity of the club and to encourage students to make use of this fantastic free provision the name of every child who has attended and enjoyed a free breakfast over the last two weeks was placed into the raffle.

With a bundle of prizes to distribute and the students eagerly awaiting the draw, Mr Harrison joined us and began to pull out out the names of the lucky winners. One by one they came up to select their gift until it was time for the final ‘grand prize’ a Nintendo Switch with Super Mario! and we’re thrilled to announce the winner of this gift was Year 8 student, Kali Cahill.

Whether they were prize winners or not, every child also received a chocolate bar to enjoy…AFTER their free breakfast!

We would like to wish all our students and staff who have joined us at Breakfast Club a very Merry Christmas and look forward to welcoming everyone back in the new year to enjoy more delicious, healthy, free breakfasts. When the miserable, cold weather really takes hold what better way to start your school day?
