Results Day Information Reminder | Thursday 20 August
Dear Year 11 student
We are looking forward to seeing you on exam results day on Thursday 20 August – remember, you are able to collect your results in person from 10am-12 noon.
Important message from our English Department
When you come to school on that day please can you also bring any English Literature books which you took home at the start of lockdown. There will be boxes for you to put these into as you enter the building. It is very important that we have these books back for next year.
Mrs Fagan, Assistant Headteacher
Arrangements for collection of results
Between 10am-12 noon collection will be managed via a one way entry and exit system with staff asking Year 11 students to line up on the 2 metre dots outside school on Sefton Road. Only two students at one time will be able to enter the school building via the student entrance to collect their results on the main corridor before exiting the building via the school reception. Hand sanitising stations will be in place at the entrance and exit and our staff will ask students to use these as they enter and leave the building. Parents/Carers will not be able to enter the school with their child but are more than welcome to wait outside the school gates whilst maintaining a safe distance from others.
If a Year 11 student is unable to collect their results themselves, they must email Mrs Maher, Exams Officer email@example.com to nominate an adult who will collect on their behalf. This adult must then bring identification to school, following the same procedures as those for Year 11 students by queuing outside of school.
Any results not collected on Thursday 20 August will be available to collect from the main school office during the hours 9am-2pm throughout the summer and during normal office hours 8am-4pm from September.
