Year 10 ‘Virtual’ Work Experience Champions
Over the last six weeks all of our Year 10 students have taken part in a project as part of their virtual work experience where they each chose an area of careers from categories including Media, Marketing, Manufacturing, Entrepreneurship, Fundraising and others.
In teams, they then worked with external presenters from the world of work to plan, prepare, budget and design products for their set briefs. The students then competed against each other in their chosen career area to see who could create the best presentations and solutions for their brief. The winners from this stage then went through to the final round, to find our overall Co-op Academy Swinton Work Experience Winners 2021.
And the results are in!

A big thank you to Manchester United Foundation for also taking part over the six weeks and working with three of the seven career areas and thanks also to all our other presenters throughout what has been a fantastic programme!
