Virtual Careers Evening 2020

Virtual Careers Evening 2020

Year 11 Careers evening is one of our most important events as it gives the students an opportunity to talk to a range of colleges, businesses and apprenticeship providers. We also deliver workshops to the students and parents.

This year, due to the restrictions around COVID, we are having to do things a bit differently; we are delivering all the information virtually.

During PSHCE lessons our Year 11 students will have the opportunity to look at lots of the resources that are coming into the academy and to discuss their career pathways with their form tutors and Ms Loughnan, our Careers Advisor. It is very important that parents are also aware of what is being offered and how their child can apply. Please have a look at all the information provided below.

Our Year 11 team and Careers team will be keeping the students up to date on deadlines for different colleges and will be ensuring that they know about any ‘Virtual Open Evenings’ for different providers.
