The online Year 10 GMHAP launch event will take place on Wednesday 4 May at 6pm

Greater Manchester High Achievers Partnership (GMHAP) is a partnership between Loreto College, The University of Manchester and high schools across Greater Manchester. GMHAP focuses on inspiring the brightest students to academic success through masterclasses in a range of subjects. The partnership has been a great success for the students, not only in terms of personal development and being stretched to achieve the highest grades at GCSE, but also for progression beyond college. Many of those taking part have gone on to study at some of the most prestigious universities in the country, including Oxford and Cambridge

Throughout the year the main focus of GMHAP is subject specific masterclasses designed to support and extend students’ understanding and engagement with the new GCSE curriculum in keys areas including English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, French, Spanish and Geography. There are also other events which take place throughout the year.
