Extra-Curricular

"The more you put into life... the more you get out of it!"

We firmly believe that education doesn’t belong solely in the classroom but is a whole life experience. We have a multitude of ‘extra’ activities that not only widen learning experiences but also make academy life more enjoyable. We have regular visits to the theatre, cinema, concerts, museums and factories, both during and after academy hours. We visit relevant exhibitions on a regular basis and we invite external visitors to talk to our students on various subjects. We also organise annual trips and exchanges abroad.

Extra-curricular activities can offer huge benefits to children. Activities can; expand their knowledge, build social skills, boost self-confidence, channel their creativity and promote academic achievement.

All our faculties take an active part in extra-curricular life and offer an enormous range of after-school activities. The table below details all the clubs/activities we currently have on offer:

School Library

Our library is open to all students during break times and lunchtimes for students that wish to use the facilities.

Students will be expected to sign in, using their own pen. Hand sanitiser has been provided for students to use. They should only be using the library for reading, borrowing/returning a book, homework or to use the computer.
