Keeping in touch

It is important that we form a strong partnership between students, home and school - communication is the key to this.

ClassCharts

We are now using Class Charts as a way to implement our acknowledgment and behaviour system. Class Charts is a really easy way for you as parents/carers to monitor your child’s behaviour in school. Class Charts also allows us to send instant emails when your child receives a correction and/or achievement point; improving the communication between home and school.

You will receive your personal ‘Parent Access Code’ in the post. Please follow the simple steps to log in so you can monitor your child’s behaviour and receive instant emails regarding corrections and acknowledgements of outstanding behaviour.

For more details and some frequently asked questions please take a look through the PDF Parent Guide below:

SIMS Parent App

SIMS Parent App is an online system which you can access either as an App from a smartphone or tablet, or online via a website – anytime, anywhere. SIMS Parent App and website will allow you to monitor your child’s progress in school more closely than ever before.

Parents/carers will receive a registration email from noreply@sims.co.uk which will contain a unique invitation code. You will need this code to set up your SIMS Online Services account. Please check your spam/junk mailbox if the email does not appear in your inbox. Please note, the invitation code in the email is unique to you and should not be used by anyone else. The invitation email will expire after 14 days if it is not used, please contact school if you require a replacement after this time period.

You can sign in with your existing email address using any of the following platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft/Office 365 (so that you don’t have to remember another set of user names and passwords!). If you do not have an account with any of these providers you can still create a Microsoft or Google account here using your existing email address. Parents/carers will need to ensure that we have a current e-mail address on our school system so that you can be notified when reports are available to view.
